读取网页正文。全站共享缓存：命中缓存即时返回，节省 token。
- text_slice
长文本检索：传入原文或网址 + 关键词，仅返回带行号的相关行，节省 token。
- clock_now
返回标准时间（广州 UTC+8，已 NTP 校时）。
