• write_youtube_script

  Start here for any Alpy script. Returns Alpy's YouTube scriptwriting brief, which you then follow to write the script yourself. Pass whichever of topic, length, character and tone the creator has already given; the brief asks for the rest. Reads nothing and changes nothing.

• list_characters

  The characters an Alpy video can be drawn with: Alpy's own cast, and the creator's saved characters. Pass a character's id and source to create_video. Needs a connected Alpy account or an Alpy API key.

• create_video

  Turns a script into a hand-drawn Alpy video narrated by an AI voice. The script is the spoken narration only, 110-2700 words (write it first with write_youtube_script if needed). Returns a video id; poll get_video every minute or so. Confirm the creator authorizes spending their…

• get_video

  Where a video is: its status, progress, and, once made, links to the free preview and the finished video (valid for an hour). Says what to do next. Needs a connected Alpy account or an Alpy API key.

• list_videos

  The creator's most recent Alpy videos, newest first, with their status. Needs a connected Alpy account or an Alpy API key.

• make_full_video

  After the free preview, makes the whole video. Spends the creator's video minutes (one per started minute of video), so confirm with them first. If they lack minutes it reports that the feature is unavailable. Needs a connected Alpy account or an Alpy API key.
