  Free-text search over the AI tools directory (names, aliases, subtitles, descriptions), ranked like the search on automateandtweak.com, with optional category / tag / listing type / pricing filters. Returns compact tool cards with canonical URLs; call get_tool for details.

  Full public details of one AI tool by slug: description, pricing types and price, categories, tags, listing types, website link, FAQs, pros and cons, similar tools, rating, verified flag, status and canonical URL. For offline or merged tools it says so and returns the…

• list_categories

  All active tool categories with localized names, number of live tools and canonical URLs. Use the slug as `category` filter in search_tools / list_tools.

• list_tags

  All active tags with localized names, number of live tools and canonical URLs, most used first. Use the slug as `tag` filter.

• list_types

  All active listing types (e.g. online tool, app, plugin) with localized names, number of live tools and canonical URLs. Use the slug as `type` filter.

• list_pricing_types

  All active pricing types (free, freemium, subscription, ...) with localized names, number of live tools and canonical URLs. Use the slug as `pricing` filter.

• list_tools

  Browse the directory without a search text, filtered by category, tag, listing type and/or pricing type, sorted like the site listing (newest first by default). Paginated: pass the returned `next_cursor` as `cursor` for the next page.
