  Search a small dated CII metadata snapshot by literal keywords, industry and inclusive UTC dates. Not whole-site or live search. Returns publisher-attributed excerpts, canonical URLs and disclosed source links.

• get_article_summary

  Get the public publisher excerpt and disclosed sources of one selected article ID; no full body, private records or arbitrary URL fetching. An absent ID is not in the snapshot.

• find_company

  Find a small selection of company names, CII profile links and official identity URLs. Does not provide financials, customers, headquarters or verified fact sheets. Chinese aliases supported.
