• get_catalog

  The complete machine-readable catalog: company, plans with net prices and limits, dpa packages, tax rule, how requests are counted, screens per plan for reference usages, legal documents.

• recommend_plan

  The cheapest self-service plan that carries the given screens (how often they fetch, how long they run), content types, locations and dpa volume, with a reason code for every plan that does not fit; status needs_sales when none does.

• calculate_price

  Exact price of a new subscription (plan, monthly or annual, optional dpa package) with VAT for the billing country; an EU VAT ID is checked in VIES (reverse charge only if valid). Non-binding.

• create_quote

  Stores a non-binding quote (valid 30 days while the price list holds) and e-mails a confirmation link to the given address; only the recipient can confirm it. Use only the address of the person you act for. Returns the quote id, status, next step and the privacy policy to pass…

• get_quote_status

  Status, items and validity of a quote by id (no personal data). links.order is set once the recipient confirmed the quote.

• request_enterprise_quote

  Sends a structured request (screens, locations, content, term, payment, e-invoice, PO number) to the contboxx team, which answers by e-mail within two working days. Use when recommend_plan returns needs_sales.

• get_trust_documents

  Legal entity, VAT ID, hosting region, compliance status (what is and is not claimed) and links to terms, privacy policy and imprint.
