• stoic_principle

  Get a Stoic principle from dayStoic.com's monthly themes, optionally selected by topic.

• stoic_exercise

  Returns today's published practical action from the morning reflection. It takes about two minutes. You can filter by topic; duration is always two minutes. Optional language.

• my_practice

  Reads the connected Premium user's private journal entries from the last 1–30 days (default 7). Requires an authorized dayStoic.com token and an active Premium plan.

• my_preferences

  Reads the connected user's email preference settings — daily quote, evening reminder, and related flags. Requires an authorized dayStoic.com token. Does not change settings.

• save_reflection

  Saves or updates today's private journal answer for the connected Premium user. Requires an authorized token and an active Premium plan. The answer is stored on that day's card only.

• today_quote

  Returns the Stoic quote for a day, with its topic and author. Defaults to today. Pass date as YYYY-MM-DD for another day, and language for a translated line.
