How to call it

GET https://x402.donnyautomation.com/edgar/insiders

Each call costs $0.05 in USDC on Base, paid with the request over x402.

Run a free test callOne unpaid request, the way an agent sends it. You see the payment challenge it gets back. Nothing is charged.

Example request

From the listing.

GET https://x402.donnyautomation.com/edgar/insiders?since=2026-01-01&ticker=NVDA

Parameters

ParameterTypeRequiredDescription
cikstringNoSEC Central Index Key, 1 to 10 digits (e.g. 1045810). Alternative to ticker; supplying either one is enough.
formsstringNoComma separated filter within the ownership set, e.g. 4 or SC 13D. A form also matches its /A amendment. Anything outside Forms 3, 4, 5, SC 13D and SC 13G is never returned by this route.
limitstringNoMaximum filings returned, 1 to 200 (default 50). Active issuers file many Form 4s; matched and truncated tell you when you hit the cap.
sincestringYesISO date YYYY-MM-DD. INCLUSIVE cursor: ownership filings on this date are returned. Required — this endpoint returns a delta, not a dump.
tickerstringYesExchange ticker, e.g. NVDA. Resolved through SEC company_tickers.json. Send cik instead when you have it. If both are sent, cik wins.
