Feeds Public Company Executives
by api.govparse.io in Company & people data
Who are the current executives and directors of US public companies, as attested to the SEC? Bulk feed over Section 16 filings (Forms 3/4/5): one row per (issuer, person) with officer/director flags and free-text title from the pair's most recent filing, ticker/CIK joined. Newest-first, cursor-paginated up to 1000/page, filterable by role, ticker, title fragment, person state, issuer CIK, or since. The filed roster, not scraped bios. Observational public records, never an assessment.
