SEC filings: list a company's most recent SEC EDGAR filings by CIK or ticker. Optionally filter to a single form type (e.g. 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 4, S-1). Each filing includes its accession number, form type, filing and report dates, the primary document name, whether it carries XBRL, and a direct URL to the as-filed document. Also returns company name, tickers, exchanges and SIC code.

Call it from code

The curl command shows the payment challenge. The JavaScript and Python versions pay and call, and never pay more than $0.006.

curl: see the payment challenge
# bash or zsh: see the payment challenge. Nothing is charged.
curl -sS -g -i -X POST 'https://edgar.openverbs.com/v1/filings' \
  -H 'content-type: application/json' \
  --data-raw '{"form":"10-K","limit":5,"ticker":"AAPL"}'

# x402 v2 sends the challenge base64-encoded in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (v1 sends it in the body).
# To read the header:
curl -sS -g -o /dev/null -D - -X POST 'https://edgar.openverbs.com/v1/filings' \
  -H 'content-type: application/json' \
  --data-raw '{"form":"10-K","limit":5,"ticker":"AAPL"}' \
