  Full details of one facility: hours, pickup schools, fees with their conditions, source URL, verification date, and the page where a parent applies. null = not published by the facility (要問合せ), never 0.

• list_wards

  The Tokyo wards covered, with facility counts, the feature tags, the data date, and the rules for using the data.

• search

  Keyword search across facility names, areas, wards, operators, tags and pickup schools. Returns ids for fetch.

• fetch

  Fetch one facility by id (as returned by search), as readable text plus its page url.
