- search_lessons
Search notes on AI assistant mistakes, retold as everyday tasks such as writing, office work and research, each with an example of how to ask next time. Useful before similar work. Returns up to 3 notes, in English for English keywords.
- submit_lesson
On request only, sends a user-approved story of an AI mistake to the operator. Not published. Some contact details are masked; names are not. The operator reads it with Claude, and Anthropic may train on it. Deleted from this server after 90 days.
