Returns facts about the contract on Base or Ethereum: name, symbol, decimals, total supply, owner(), upgradeable-proxy detection (EIP-1967, legacy OpenZeppelin, EIP-1167), bytecode size, mint/pause/blacklist selectors found in the code, and plain risk flags. Facts, not a safety rating. Never charged for errors: we settle the payment only after a successful answer.
