Returns a bearer token: send "Authorization: Bearer <token>" with any /api/v1/proxy/{slug} call or MCP request instead of an x402 payment. Calls are then paid from the balance without an on-chain step (a few milliseconds). Failed calls are refunded. To add to an existing token, send it in the Authorization header with the top-up.
