  Busca em diários oficiais MUNICIPAIS (milhares de prefeituras) por termo/nome — útil pra menções fora do Judiciário: licitações, nomeações, contratos, sanções municipais. Complementa o DJEN (que é judicial). Cada resultado traz trechos (excerpts) + URL do diário. Para nome exato,
