Swap

by 3Route in Onchain & crypto

x402 APIFailing, checked 56 min ago

Build an unsigned swap transaction for the best route. Builds an unsigned transaction for the selected route. Compare it with a fresh quote, validate every returned transaction field, obtain explicit signing approval, and broadcast it through the selected chain's RPC. For an ERC-20 source, approve the router in tx.to for at least srcAmount before executing the returned transaction, or pass a permit or usePermit2 instead.

How to call it

GET https://api.3route.io/v1/:chainId/swap

Each call costs $0.00001 in USDC on Base, paid with the request over x402.

Run a free test callOne unpaid request, the way an agent sends it. You see the payment challenge it gets back. Nothing is charged.

Call it from code

The curl command shows the payment challenge. The JavaScript and Python versions pay and call, and never pay more than $0.001.

The code pays $0.001 in USDC on Base instead: it uses a payment scheme other than exact, which needs a different client setup.
