Data: KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) village forecast on a 5 km grid, issued 8 times a day. Input: lat, lon (WGS84 decimal; Korea only). Output: JSON hourly then 3-hourly temperature C, sky, precipitation type and probability %, rain and snow amounts, humidity %, wind; plus daily min/max. Example: ?lat=37.5665&lon=126.978
