We don't check the Coinbase CDP facilitator yet. Its /supported endpoint answers only requests signed with an API key, and we don't use one, so we have no uptime or outage history for it and don't say whether it is up or down.

How we check
Every 5 minutes we send one unpaid GET request to its public /supported endpoint, the call x402 servers make to learn which payments it accepts. Up means it answered with at least one supported payment kind. We never call /verify or /settle and never pay, so we can't see whether settlements go through.
